Tanggung Jawab
- Administer HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and other HR forms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials, conducting orientation sessions, and processing exit formalities.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of various HR reports and analytics as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing necessary data and documentation to the finance team.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local employment regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
