Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare timely HR reports and audit documents as required by management.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc HR projects and operational process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and local Singapore labor laws is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive team player who can adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
