Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new hires, including offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding kits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in the processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in benefits, leave, and overtime calculations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage employee offboarding and exit procedures efficiently.
- Support the HR team in generating data reports and analytics for management reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal corporate governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, MOM regulations).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and capable of managing confidential information with integrity.
- Able to commit to a 12-month contract period starting immediately.
