The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing day-to-day HR functions, from facilitating the employee lifecycle to assisting with recruitment logistics. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification of attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports, statistics, and analytics for management review.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or General HR support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code and payroll processing standards.
