We are currently seeking a HR Operations Associate to support our operations in the vibrant business district of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). In this role, you will serve as a key administrative partner, ensuring the smooth execution of HR services and maintaining the integrity of our employee data.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing day-to-day HR functions, from facilitating the employee lifecycle to assisting with recruitment logistics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and verification of attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documentation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, statistics, and analytics for management review.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or General HR support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code and payroll processing standards.
