Join Lippo General Insurance's dynamic HR team as an HR Operations & Compensation Specialist, where you'll drive excellence in employee lifecycle management and strategic compensation programs. This critical role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS administration, employee records management, and comprehensive benefits administration. You'll ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while delivering exceptional employee support through streamlined processes and accurate data management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor regulations
- Administer and optimize HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting
- Oversee employee administration including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and company HR policies
- Provide high-quality employee support and resolve HR-related inquiries
- Analyze compensation trends and benchmark data to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR operations with compensation/benefits focus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PUU) and compensation regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement
- Certification in HR management or compensation (e.g., CPHR, CCP) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
