Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Manage employee data, records, and HRIS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate employee relations activities, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues
- Administer HR policies, benefits programs, and compensation structures
- Support payroll administration and timekeeping processes
- Organize training programs and development initiatives for staff growth
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or coordination role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP & UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
