Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Mandarin-speaking candidates
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Oversee HR operations including documentation, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations
- Act as primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders on HR matters and process updates
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems for data accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Support compensation and benefits administration for employees across the organization
- Analyze HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities in operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency with strong English communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality
