TMK Chemical is currently looking for a dedicated HR Operations Manager to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of Group Compensation & Benefits and oversee critical HR operations related matters. We are seeking a strategic professional who can optimize our HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws. Your expertise will drive the efficiency of our HR functions, from payroll administration to benefits management, supporting our diverse workforce. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the overall Group Compensation & Benefits strategy to ensure competitive and equitable packages.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment acts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs and talent retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide effective conflict resolution and support.
  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS data and generate required HR reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures, payroll systems, and statutory benefits.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality.
