TMK Chemical is currently looking for a dedicated HR Operations Manager to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of Group Compensation & Benefits and oversee critical HR operations related matters. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall Group Compensation & Benefits strategy to ensure competitive and equitable packages.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment acts, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs and talent retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide effective conflict resolution and support.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS data and generate required HR reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures, payroll systems, and statutory benefits.
- Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality.
