Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws and industry standards
- Manage HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and generate actionable workforce analytics
- Lead employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement strategic workforce planning
- Optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative costs
- Drive continuous improvement in HR programs through performance metrics and feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with experience aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- Knowledge of plantation/agriculture industry HR practices preferred
