You will work closely with the HR team to manage documentation, maintain HRIS data integrity, and provide timely support to staff across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, contract preparation, and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HRIS/database to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Support payroll processing activities by verifying attendance data and statutory filings.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and workforce data analysis for management review.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
