Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline daily HR administrative operations and workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Monitor and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead disciplinary actions and investigations with a focus on fair and ethical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation.
- Support management with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular HR reports to assist in data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Operations or Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and standard HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
