We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Partner to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our regional HR function, ensuring seamless delivery of people operations, policy compliance, and employee lifecycle management across multiple SEA territories.

You will partner with business leaders to optimize HR processes, streamline administrative workflows, and implement best-in-class HRIS systems to support our regional expansion goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management to offboarding processes across SEA countries.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies in Malaysia and surrounding regional markets.
- Maintain and audit HR data within the HRIS to ensure accuracy for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to execute performance management cycles and annual salary reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency and improve the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate with local legal and tax advisors to manage work permits and mobility documentation for expatriate staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, specifically within a regional capacity (Southeast Asia experience highly preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and general regional labor practices.
- Proven ability to manage HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge cultural nuances in a diverse team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or local equivalent) is considered an advantage.
