Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Lead and manage the payroll processing team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Manage employee personnel records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy
- Collaborate with finance department on payroll-related financial reporting
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations and payroll management
- Proven track record of leading HR teams and implementing operational improvements
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
- Experience in a multinational company or fast-paced organization preferred
