You'll collaborate with department heads to optimize HR workflows, maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to candidate selection
- Oversee comprehensive employee onboarding programs ensuring seamless integration
- Execute professional offboarding procedures including exit interviews and documentation
- Process payroll accurately and timely with strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve HR-related employee inquiries with timely and empathetic responses
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to support HR initiatives and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
