Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data maintenance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Coordinate talent acquisition support including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations
- Generate HR analytics and reports for strategic decision-making
- Act as primary HR liaison for employee inquiries and conflict resolution
- Optimize HRIS utilization and system integration across departments
- Support performance management initiatives and employee engagement programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proven track record in process optimization and documentation
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous
