Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for store positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Oversee employee onboarding programs ensuring seamless integration of new hires into company culture
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Support HR operations including leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with store management to address staffing needs and develop retention strategies
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with AEON's global standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR operations or recruitment experience in retail/service industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003) and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives and team development activities
