Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for multiple AEON stores in Tangerang, Cikarang, Semarang, Jakarta Utara, and Bandung
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR information systems
- Conduct HR training programs for store staff and managers
- Support store managers in implementing HR initiatives and best practices
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
- Experience in retail or fast-paced environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
