In this role, you will be the backbone of our store's human resources function, ensuring that our operations run smoothly while supporting our workforce through effective compensation management and strategic talent acquisition.

As an HR Generalist within the AEON family, you will bridge the gap between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensuring precise payroll and benefit administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-level personnel, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and handle HR administrative tasks with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Support store management in addressing employee relations and internal communications.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and taxation (PPh 21).
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
