Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-level personnel, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and handle HR administrative tasks with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Support store management in addressing employee relations and internal communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and taxation (PPh 21).
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume retail environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
