Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including documentation and file maintenance.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and exiting employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and internal company protocols.
- Generate periodic HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HR Operations or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.
- Experience with HRIS software or payroll systems is highly advantageous.
