In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our remote workforce and internal operations, ensuring seamless coordination, operational excellence, and an exceptional staff experience.

As a Staff Services Partner, you will handle the day-to-day administrative needs of our remote staff, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and aligned with company goals. If you thrive on building relationships and streamlining processes, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for remote staff regarding HR inquiries, documentation, and operational support.
  • Facilitate the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing remote team members.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal management teams to address performance feedback, staff concerns, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, time-tracking audits, and payroll assistance to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the HR operations lifecycle to enhance remote staff productivity and satisfaction.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and policy updates to the remote workforce.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Staff Services, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of remote team dynamics and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
