Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide operational support for HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Audit HR documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Collaborate with the payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, metrics, and workforce analysis for management review.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR system upgrades and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or as an HR Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City and start as soon as possible.
