Tachyon.net is seeking a proactive HR Organization Development (OD) Intern to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing people-centric initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
You will support our HR department in analyzing workforce data, facilitating workshops, and contributing to talent development programs. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources and Organizational Development. You will work closely with senior HR professionals to understand the complexities of modern HR strategies and apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting organizational assessments and analyzing workforce data to identify improvement areas.
- Support the design and implementation of HR programs, including leadership development and culture initiatives.
- Participate actively in employee engagement activities, feedback surveys, and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify specific training and development needs.
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain HR documentation, organize training materials, and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Conduct research on industry trends in Organization Development and provide recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Organization Development, change management, corporate culture, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic HR software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
