What Youâll Do:
- Manage the Directorâs calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation to maximize productivity.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, from job postings and candidate screening to contract drafting and orientation.
- Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and performance tracking systems in alignment with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Coordinate internal communications, project updates, and companyâwide initiatives with clarity and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, acting as a trusted liaison between leadership and staff.
- Streamline office procedures, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth dayâtoâday operations.
- Support strategic planning by gathering data, preparing reports, and presenting actionable insights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Lead endâtoâend recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate internal communications, distribute updates, and support the execution of company initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Optimize office workflows, manage supplies, and liaise with vendors for seamless operations.
- Assist in strategic planning by compiling reports, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and executive assistant roles, preferably in a consulting or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problemâsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Ability to work flexibly, handle pressure, and meet deadlines in a fastâpaced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude.
