Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process and reconcile all HR-related payments, including payroll, benefits, allowances, bonuses, and employee expense claims, ensuring timely disbursement.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies, relevant Malaysian labor laws, and external regulatory requirements for all payment transactions.
- Prepare, review, and verify payment vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
- Liaise effectively with internal HR teams, the wider Finance department, and external vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies, inquiries, or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate payment records, files, and documentation in accordance with audit requirements and internal retention policies.
- Assist in the preparation of various financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations related to HR payments and expenditures.
- Actively identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within the HR payment operations workflow.
- Support year-end financial closing activities and internal/external audits pertaining to HR payments and financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a payment processing, accounts payable, payroll, or HR finance role, preferably within a large corporate or banking environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, general ledger reconciliation, and financial control processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical aptitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, income tax regulations (e.g., PCB), and other statutory requirements related to HR payments is highly advantageous.
