In this challenging yet rewarding full-time role, you will support the entire payroll processing lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities will involve meticulous data gathering from various departments, encoding of adjustments such as overtime and bonuses, computation of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Tax), and the preparation of comprehensive reports for both management and government agencies. You will work synergistically with the HR and Accounting departments to ensure strict adherence to evolving Philippine labor laws and tax regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with company policy and government statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Maintain, reconcile, and audit employee attendance records, timekeeping data, and leave balances.
- Encode payroll adjustments including overtime, night differential, bonuses, loans, and other deductions into the payroll system.
- Prepare and distribute detailed payslips and monthly/quarterly payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding salary discrepancies, deductions, and benefits in a professional and confidential manner.
- Assist in the accurate preparation and timely remittance of contributions and loan payments to government agencies.
- Support the annual audit of payroll accounts and assist with the preparation of BIR Form 2316 and other year-end tax documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience in payroll processing or general HR administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and experience with payroll software or HRIS is an advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Tax).
- Meticulous attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Filipino; willing to work onsite in Marilao, Bulacan.
