Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards
- Develop comprehensive benefits programs including health, wellness, and retirement plans
- Analyze market data to maintain compensation competitiveness and equity
- Oversee compliance with Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Create strategic reward frameworks to attract and retain high-performing talent
- Collaborate with HR teams on workforce planning and talent management initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll processing and compensation management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PUU) and social security regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation benchmarking
- Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) or payroll management preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
