Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all payroll processes run objectively, accurately, and on time, in strict accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the payroll department, including the processing of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Manage compliance with Indonesian labor laws, taxation (PPh21), and social security programs (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team to achieve high performance, accuracy, and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with the HR, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure accurate budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.
- Continuously evaluate, implement, and optimize payroll systems and software to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle complex payroll discrepancies, resolve employee inquiries, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive compensation data.
- Prepare and present regular payroll reports and analytics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll processing and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, taxation regulations, and statutory benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proven proficiency in modern HRIS and payroll software systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with cross-functional departments.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
