Join Cipta Putri Pertiwi as an HR Payroll Specialist and become a vital part of our finance operations team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel proficiency to manage complex payroll processes. You'll handle end-to-end payroll operations including salary calculations, benefits administration, and tax compliance while leveraging powerful Excel tools like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF functions, SUMIF/COUNTIF formulas, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee financial data. This position offers the opportunity to streamline payroll workflows and contribute to organizational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and Pivot Tables for payroll analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and tax requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
- Process monthly salary disbursements and handle payroll adjustments
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters
- Generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
