Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Manage and process accurate payroll, ensuring precise calculation of hours, government deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and tax computations.
- Monitor and audit employee timekeeping, attendance records, and leave management systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee labor relations, resolving grievances, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain, update, and secure digital and physical employee files and HR database records.
- Supervise general HR administrative workflows, including company policy implementation and benefits administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in HR generalist roles, with specific expertise in payroll processing and recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, payroll taxes, and statutory government benefits.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced with HRIS or specialized payroll software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle diverse employee relations matters with discretion.
