Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire payroll processing cycle including salary calculation, tax deductions, and benefit disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations (PPH 21, BPJS)
- Lead and develop payroll team members through training and performance management
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular payroll audits and maintain accurate employee payroll records
- Manage payroll system administration and troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources (S1 equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Act, PP 35/2019)
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Leadership experience with proven team management abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP, CPM) preferred
