Are you an experienced Payroll professional with a deep understanding of the Chinese regulatory landscape? Aspiro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Payroll Team Lead to oversee our China payroll operations from our vibrant Subang Jaya office.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure the end-to-end accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes for the China region. You will serve as the subject matter expert, navigating complex tax regulations and labor laws while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle payroll processing for China-based employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to statutory deadlines.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex payroll queries, resolving issues with local authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with China’s labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance contributions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with regional HR and Finance teams to integrate payroll data and maintain robust reporting structures.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows and streamline data management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in China payroll regulations, including IIT (Individual Income Tax) and social security compliance.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with enterprise-level HRIS or Payroll software.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to effectively manage China-based stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements into actionable processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing remote or regional teams.
