Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Analyze C&B market surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Lead expatriate management programs, including visa processing, relocation support, and tax equalization policies.
- Manage the administration of total reward schemes, including health insurance, bonuses, and long-term incentive plans.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize HR policies and reporting protocols across the group.
- Provide expert advisory to management on salary structures, grading systems, and benefit optimizations.
- Monitor legislative changes affecting HR operations and ensure internal processes are updated accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB regulations.
- Prior experience in handling expatriate management and global mobility services is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with HRIS software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.
