Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations initiatives and provide expert guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- Design and implement talent retention strategies to support our company’s growth.
- Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate development programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within a sales or distribution environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software.
- Proven track record in delivering HR solutions and driving employee engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
