- Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Design and implement employee development programs and training initiatives

- Conduct skills gap analysis and career path planning
- Manage performance management systems and feedback mechanisms
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and mentoring programs
- Monitor HR program effectiveness through KPI tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years in HR recruitment or talent development
- Strong understanding of corporate training methodologies
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Certification in HR development (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
