Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving organizational excellence? Buminet Prakarsa is seeking a strategic and dynamic HR People & Organization Development Head to join our leadership team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our talent ecosystem, designing and executing forward-thinking strategies that align our workforce capabilities with our long-term business objectives.

You will lead initiatives centered on culture transformation, performance management, and leadership development, ensuring that our people are not only prepared for today's challenges but are also equipped to drive future innovation. We are looking for a change agent who thrives in high-growth environments and possesses the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable people solutions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Organization (P&OD) strategy that directly supports the company’s business growth and operational goals.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end Talent Management programs, including high-potential identification, succession planning, and performance management systems.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure efficient structural alignment and optimal team performance.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives to nurture a culture of continuous learning and coaching.
  • Drive internal culture-building activities to improve employee engagement, retention, and alignment with corporate values.
  • Partner with senior management to perform deep-dive data analysis on workforce trends, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the internal training and development budget, ensuring high ROI on all capability-building investments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity focusing on Organization Development (OD).
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale change management or organizational design projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate them into business strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best practices in HR management.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent presentation skills.
