Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Organization (P&OD) strategy that directly supports the company’s business growth and operational goals.
- Design and oversee end-to-end Talent Management programs, including high-potential identification, succession planning, and performance management systems.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure efficient structural alignment and optimal team performance.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives to nurture a culture of continuous learning and coaching.
- Drive internal culture-building activities to improve employee engagement, retention, and alignment with corporate values.
- Partner with senior management to perform deep-dive data analysis on workforce trends, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage the internal training and development budget, ensuring high ROI on all capability-building investments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity focusing on Organization Development (OD).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale change management or organizational design projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate them into business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best practices in HR management.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent presentation skills.
