Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance management systems aligned with company objectives
- Create, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends requiring intervention or improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals that drive organizational success
- Design and deliver training programs on performance management best practices
- Generate performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR performance management and KPI development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective feedback delivery
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software
- Certification in HR or performance management is a plus
