Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR performance management and KPI development
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective feedback delivery
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software
  • Certification in HR or performance management is a plus
