Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisal, and feedback mechanisms.
- Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary scales, and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to support effective workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Administer HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping for rewards and performance data.
- Conduct market research and salary surveys to benchmark and optimize total rewards packages.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and employee performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Total Rewards.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
