Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions.
- Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to ensure compliance with current labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR managers to map out workflows and identify areas for process efficiency.
- Create training materials, user guides, and FAQs for employees regarding HR systems and policies.
- Manage the internal knowledge base to ensure information is up-to-date and easily searchable.
- Support the HR team in preparing documentation for audits and internal compliance reviews.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve the clarity and effectiveness of existing process documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR documentation, technical writing, or administrative process improvement.
- Exceptional command of the English language with impeccable grammar and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint for documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with HRIS or internal document management systems is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
