Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee the employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage employee relations, handle inquiries, and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify talent needs and workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
