- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and requirements
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the HR system
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company brand
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Results-driven with a proven track record of successful placements
