Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define precise job specifications.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Update and maintain accurate HR databases and recruitment metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
