Tanggung Jawab
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification for selected candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software (ATS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
