- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and salary expectations.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer generation and onboarding support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Singapore market.
- Assisting in market research and preparing recruitment reports.
