Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential job opportunities and candidates.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for various positions.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of applicants and clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to all parties.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
