Your expertise in online recruitment platforms and social media sourcing will be crucial for reaching passive candidates, while your administrative proficiency in Microsoft Office will support efficient documentation and reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates using online recruitment platforms and social media channels
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions across departments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application submission to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop position descriptions
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics using Microsoft Office tools
- Facilitate interview coordination, prepare offer documentation, and manage pre-employment checks
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency with strong Bahasa Indonesia/English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with proven track record in talent acquisition
- Expertise in using online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet) and social media sourcing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks and reporting
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, ATS systems, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across cultural boundaries
- Detail-oriented organizational skills with ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
