Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles
- Develop, implement, and evaluate employee training programs
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards and networking
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and training roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
- Certification in training methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
