PT CLOUD DREAM MARKETING is currently looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a vital part in our talent acquisition strategy, helping us attract and onboard the best candidates for our marketing projects. You will support the HR department in managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that our hiring process is efficient and candidates have a positive experience.
Your daily responsibilities will include screening resumes to identify suitable candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers. You will also maintain our applicant tracking system, update candidate databases, and assist with onboarding new hires. Beyond recruitment, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract talent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
