In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding of new hires. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for healthcare sector positions
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and staffing needs in the Singapore market
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or staffing is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
