As a Recruitment & Attraction Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to extending job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and utilize various channels to attract high-quality talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set interview schedules.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and database of potential candidates.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
