Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively source and attract candidates through various digital platforms, networking, and headhunting techniques.
  • Conduct professional interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to successful placement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both job seekers and corporate clients.
  • Provide expert career advice and coaching to candidates throughout the job search process.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and industry insights to provide consultative value to clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate salary negotiations to ensure successful onboarding.
